Career moves and a new job
When making career moves, you always face difficult decisions and questions to yourself: Will this be the right thing for my career? Is the compensation the right one? Will I get further promotions? Will I be more attractive if I join this company? Will I get more opportunities or less opportunities later on in my career? What if I fail? Will I be excluded from something else? Will my family or my friends think this is a good move?
All these questions are important to reflect upon and have an answer to. Some of them are important and some of them are less important. And some of them are just hygiene factors, like for example the compensation package. You should feel that you have the right compensation and attractive opportunities when taking on a new position.

Will I have fun?
Will I learn more?
And 10-15 years down the road, will I think about this period as a great part of my life?
